Mill Creek School Joins PHMC We are pleased to announce that The Mill Creek School is now a program of Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), a nonprofit public health institute that creates and sustains healthier communities. Our acquisition from Penn Medicine to PHMC was effective April 2, 2020.
